Sanders Senior Living are a leading healthcare provider of residential and dementia care homes, led by a passionate team seeking to provide the highest standards of care and happiness for our residents. We are expanding our portfolio of homes through luxury new build developments.
We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Home Manager who will lead our home and deliver a warm, friendly, exceptional service at all times.
- Day to day operational management across the home
- Act as the first point of contact for home enquiries
- Supervise management development, resident satisfaction and the overall welfare of our home team
- Network with healthcare professionals and within the local community to improve relations and generate business opportunities.
- Provide support to other departments and key stakeholders, ensuring that existing policies and procedures are understood and adhered to and providing advice regarding their application
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Previous management experience. RMA award preferred
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated and driven by standards and sales
- Proficient organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and produce creative solutions
- Ability to write clear, accurate reports for internal and external audiences
